Despatch of Your Order

Most orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday to Friday) are despatched the same day, subject to payment verification. Orders placed outside of this time are processed the following working day.

Please note that we can only ship within the United Kingdom with the exception of PO Boxes, BFPO and Channel Island addresses.

Standard Service

All orders delivered to UK addresses via our standard service are despatched via Royal Mail or a secure courier service, so you should normally receive your items within 1-2 working days after you have placed your order. A one off delivery charge of £5.95 is payable regardless of the size of your order. The afore mentioned rate does not apply to Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and non industrial Scotland where a delivery charge of £8.95 applies.
